MONTREAL, Dec. 14 /CNW Telbec/ - Aeroplan Income Fund today announced
that the following members of its Board of Trustees and of the Board of
Directors of Aeroplan Holding GP Inc. will resign as of January 1, 2008:
Mr. Bernard Attali, Mr. Pierre Marc Johnson, Mr. John T. McLennan, Mr. David
I. Richardson and Mr. Marvin Yontef. In addition, Mr. John Forzani, a director
since July 2007, will concurrently be appointed as a Trustee of the Fund.
    These changes, which reflect Aeroplan's continuous evolution in the
loyalty management industry, will bring the total number of directors to
seven, with three trustees.
